This policy explains how TNG UFO, LLC ("TNG") uses personal information in connection with conference tickets, registration, attendance, livestream purchases, online access, and conference-related services.
Ticket and registration information
When you buy a ticket, you provide information needed to complete and administer your purchase, including your name, contact information, and ticket and payment details. Tickets are issued to a named attendee. At registration, your ticket may be checked against photo identification.
TNG processes your personal information to sell and administer your ticket, admit you to the Conference, provide Conference-related services, and communicate with you about the Conference. The online checkout is provided through Kajabi.
Sharing your information
TNG does not sell your personal data. Your information will be shared with exhibitors or other third parties only as permitted by applicable law or where you choose to provide or authorize such information.
If you choose to provide information directly to an exhibitor, speaker, practitioner, or another third party, that interaction is with that party. TNG does not control those independent parties or their services.
Photography, recordings, and livestreams
The Conference and related activities may be photographed, filmed, audio-recorded, and livestreamed. Your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance may be captured in connection with your participation.
Under the Attendee Terms and Conditions, TNG and the parties identified in those Terms may use, edit, reproduce, distribute, display, broadcast, and license this material worldwide for conference promotion, advertising, publicity, archives, and other permitted commercial or promotional purposes. The Terms describe a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license and related waivers.
If you do not wish to appear on camera, ask at registration about seating or viewing areas outside the primary camera field. TNG will use reasonable efforts to honor requests, but cannot guarantee that you will not be captured. Such a request does not create a right to a refund.

Livestream purchases and online access
When you purchase online access, TNG processes your name, contact information, and purchase information to sell and deliver access and communicate with you about the online offering. Online access is delivered through your authorized Kajabi account.
Kajabi acts as TNGā€™s service provider or processor for customersā€™ personal information. Please contact TNG with privacy questions or requests. For information about Kajabiā€™s platform-level practices, you can read Kajabiā€™s Privacy Policy for its practices.
If online access includes a community, chat, or forum, the Online Purchase Terms and Conditions and applicable community guidelines describe participation and content-use restrictions. The Online Purchase Terms also contain the photography, recording, and likeness provisions applicable to that purchase.
