Online Purchase Terms and Conditions

These Online Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Buyer”) and TNG UFO, LLC (“TNG”). By completing your purchase of online access to the TNG UFO Conference 2027 digital offering, you agree to these Terms.

1. ONLINE ACCESS.

You purchase a personal license to watch the livestream of the main-hall Conference content made available by TNG and to rewatch such content on demand after the Conference, if replay access is provided. You are not purchasing the content itself or any copy of the content. All rights in the recordings and underlying works remain with TNG and its licensors. Online access does not include the banquet, Sunday workshops, Media Room, Speakers Room, ceremony, outdoor content, or other content that TNG does not make available online.

a. Platform. Access is only through Kajabi (or TNG’s named successor). TNG does not send you files to keep offline.

2. LICENSE GRANT.

If you pay for the online access and comply with these Terms, TNG grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to stream and watch the licensed content through your authorized account solely for your own private, non-commercial use. You receive no ownership interest in the content, recordings, or underlying works.

3. ACCOUNT AND CREDENTIALS.

Your online access is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your access. Online access may not be resold, gifted, auctioned, assigned, or otherwise transferred.

4. PROHIBITED USES.

You may not record, download, screen-capture, copy, reproduce, rebroadcast, publicly display, redistribute, or otherwise use the livestream or any portion of it for any purpose other than your permitted personal viewing. You may not use the content to create, train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar model, system, or dataset. You may not host a public or group viewing without TNG’s prior written permission or circumvent any access control or digital rights measure. A violation of this Section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your license without refund.

5. REPLAY.

Replay access, if offered, and its duration will be stated at the time of purchase. TNG may withdraw replay access where required by a rights holder. If replay access is not expressly stated as included at the time of purchase, no replay access is included.

6. PRICE AND TAX.

The Conference livestream ticket is eight hundred eighty-eight dollars ($888). Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, including Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax and applicable city and county taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout. TNG UFO, LLC is the merchant of record for the online purchase and collects and remits applicable taxes.

7. REFUNDS.

All sales are final. No refunds. Program, speaker, and schedule changes are not grounds for a refund.

8. DELIVERY AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.

You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, software, and viewing environment. TNG does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free transmission. Live broadcasting is subject to network, venue, and equipment conditions. If a substantial part of the program is not delivered because of TNG’s fault, TNG may, at its discretion, provide replay access, extend the applicable access period, or issue a partial credit. This is your sole remedy, and no remedy is due for interruptions caused by your connection, your device, or a third-party network. Where a session is not permitted to be streamed for rights or speaker-consent reasons, TNG may omit it without liability.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

I understand that the Conference may be photographed, filmed, audio-recorded, and livestreamed. I agree to allow my photo, video, film, likeness, and voice to be used for any legitimate purpose by TNG, its event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns. The recordings and TNG branding remain the property of TNG or its licensors. I further agree to grant a non-exclusive right to use the images of any photographs or recordings taken for reasonable use, such as advertising, promotional materials, online and print media.

10. HEALTH AND WELLNESS.

TNG is not a healthcare provider. Nothing in the livestream or replay is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Experiential segments, including breath, movement, sound, or meditation, are voluntary. Content may include discussion of health, healing, trauma, consciousness, breathwork, movement, sound, meditation, or other wellness-related practices. You should not begin, stop, defer, or change any treatment or medication based solely on the content. Participation in any experiential or wellness-related activity is voluntary, and you should participate only to the extent appropriate for your own health and circumstances.

11. COMMUNITY OR ONLINE FORUM.

If online access includes a community, chat, or forum, TNG's applicable community guidelines also apply. TNG may remove or suspend your access to such community, chat, or forum for violations of those guidelines, and removal from a community, chat, or forum does not cancel your online viewing license or create a refund right.

12. PRIVACY.

TNG processes your data to sell and deliver online access and to communicate with you about the offering, in accordance with TNG’s Privacy Policy. Kajabi also processes data as the platform, under Kajabi’s terms and policies.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNG’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ONLINE ACCESS PURCHASE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. TNG IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. CANCELLATION AND FORCE MAJEURE.

If the Conference livestream is cancelled, postponed, or materially disrupted for reasons beyond TNG’s reasonable control, TNG may, at its discretion, provide replay of content that was recorded, postpone access, or offer a credit toward a future TNG online offering. No cash refund is due solely because of force majeure.

15. GENERAL.

a. Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between them relating to the subject matter hereof. No modification of or amendment to these Terms, nor any waiver of any rights under these Terms, shall be effective unless in writing signed by TNG.

b. Contracting Entity. TNG UFO, LLC.

c. Severability. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms are the full agreement for online access. The version you accept at purchase governs your order. Material changes apply to later purchases.

e. Governing Law. Arizona law, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts sitting in Maricopa County, Arizona.
