1. TICKET.

A ticket admits one named person to the sessions and activities included in the ticket type purchased. Tickets are issued in a name and may be checked at registration against photo identification.

a. Ticket Options. The Conference ticket is four hundred forty-four dollars ($444) and includes admission to the main hall program Thursday through Saturday, the Exhibit Hall, and the Speakers Room. The Conference + Banquet ticket is five hundred fifty-five dollars ($555) and includes admission to the Conference and the Friday evening banquet. The banquet may also be purchased separately for one hundred dollars ($100) per person. Day passes and Sunday workshops are separate ticket products and may be offered at TNG UFO, LLC’s discretion.

2. REFUNDS.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds are given, including if you are unable to attend, choose not to attend, arrive late, leave early, or miss any session. This applies equally to conference tickets, banquet tickets, day passes and workshop tickets.

3. TRANSFERS.

A ticket may be transferred to another person only with the prior written permission of TNG. Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, or offered for value. A ticket offered for resale may be voided without refund.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT.

You agree, throughout the Conference and at all Conference-related activities, to:

a. Use respectful, appropriate, and courteous language and behavior toward all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and other participants;

b. Respect the Conference schedule and published session times, including Exhibit Hall, Speakers Room, workshop, and other scheduled activities, and to avoid disrupting sessions in progress. Attendees should arrive and be seated before sessions begin and respect applicable time limits for questions and other audience participation.

c. Not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, abuse, or other conduct that is unwelcome, offensive, or disruptive, including unwelcome sexual conduct or physical contact, or record, photograph, or film another person without that person’s consent;

d. Not intentionally disrupt presentations, sessions, speakers, exhibitors, or other Conference activities, or interfere with another attendee’s ability to participate in the Conference;

e. Not enter restricted or unauthorized areas, including backstage, production spaces, or other areas designated as restricted, or solicit, sell, advertise, or distribute materials without TNG’s prior written permission;

f. No Unsolicited Marketing. “Unsolicited Marketing” means marketing, advertising, solicitation, pitching, lead-generation, or promotional activity directed to Conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, or volunteers that is not expressly invited by the recipient or conducted through a channel authorized in writing by TNG UFO, LLC. No Unsolicited Marketing is permitted without TNG’s prior written permission. This restriction does not prohibit personal conversations that are not sales pitches or purchases initiated by an attendee at an official exhibitor or speaker table. A violation of this provision constitutes a breach of the Code of Conduct and may result in removal from the Conference without refund;

g. Follow all reasonable rules, policies, and directions of TNG staff and venue personnel; and

h. Promptly stop any conduct when directed to do so by TNG staff or venue personnel.

TNG may take reasonable action in response to a violation of this Section, including removing you from the Conference or any Conference-related activity without refund.

5. DRESS ATTIRE.

TNG asks attendees to dress in business casual attire for Conference sessions, networking, presentations, and other professional Conference activities. A suit or formal business attire is not required.

Appropriate attire may include dress pants, trousers, slacks, khakis, chinos, or other neat professional pants; blouses, button-down shirts, collared shirts, polos, sweaters, or other polished tops; professional dresses or skirts; blazers, cardigans, sport coats, or other professional layers; and clean flats, loafers, dress shoes, boots, or other professional footwear.

Attendees are encouraged to choose clothing that is clean, neat, comfortable, and appropriate for a professional Conference environment. Pool or swim attire should be limited to designated pool and spa areas and should not be worn in Conference spaces.

Cultural or religious garments, disability-related attire or modifications, and personal expressions of style are permitted unless they create a legitimate safety concern or are otherwise prohibited by applicable law or venue requirements. TNG will consider reasonable modifications where required by applicable law.

6. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS.

By attending the Conference, I hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless TNG, its affiliates, members, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability and covenant not to sue the Releasees for any and all claims, including claims arising from the Releasees’ own negligence, including any injury, death, disability, personal injury, physical or mental trauma or injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind, which may hereafter accrue to me from my traveling to and from the Conference, from my participation in the Conference, and during the Conference.

7. INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable court costs, attorneys’ fees, and costs of claim processing, investigation and litigation for bodily injury or personal injury (including death), or loss or damage to tangible or intangible property caused, or alleged to be caused in whole or in part, by any acts or omissions by me.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING AND USE OF LIKENESS.

I understand that the Conference or related activities may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. I agree to allow my photo, video, film, likeness, and voice to be used for any legitimate purpose by TNG, its event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns. I further agree to grant a non-exclusive right to use the images, photographs, film, video, and recordings taken of me for reasonable use, including advertising, promotional materials, online and print media.

The Conference may be photographed, filmed, audio-recorded and livestreamed, and the recordings may be used and distributed by TNG. By entering the Conference venue or participating in Conference activities, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, audio-recorded, and/or livestreamed. You grant TNG UFO, LLC and its event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, contractors, licensees, and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, edit, and otherwise use your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance as captured in connection with the Conference, in any medium now known or later developed, for the Conference, its promotion, advertising, publicity, archive, catalogue, and other legitimate commercial or promotional purposes.

I further authorize TNG, its event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns to record me (picture and/or voice) in photographs, film, video, audio, or other recordings; to edit such recordings into publications, websites, films, television programs, or other works; to use my name, likeness, voice, biographical or other information concerning me; and to print, publish, screen, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, and otherwise use such recordings in all media throughout the world for the purposes of the Conference, publicity, advertising, sales, promotion, and other legitimate purposes, and to license others to do so.

I release TNG and the other foregoing parties from any infringement or violation of personal and/or property rights of any kind based upon the permitted use of such recordings. I acknowledge that TNG owns all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in recordings made by or on behalf of TNG in connection with the Conference. TNG is not obligated to use any such recording, photograph, likeness, voice, or other material.

You waive any right to inspect or approve such use and any claim for compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or similar claim arising from such use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. TNG is under no obligation to use any such recording or likeness.

You may take personal photographs at the Conference, however, you may not record audio or video of any Conference session, in whole or in part, or livestream from within the venue without TNG's prior written permission. Personal photographs may not be sold or used for commercial purposes.

If you do not wish to appear on camera, seating or viewing areas outside the primary camera field may be identified at registration or at the Conference. TNG will use reasonable efforts to honor such requests, but cannot guarantee that you will not be photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured, and your decision to avoid such areas or request accommodation does not create a right to a refund.

9. PROGRAM CHANGES.

The program, speakers, session times and room allocations are subject to change. A change of speaker, session, running order or room is not a ground for refund. TNG may substitute a speaker or session without liability.

10. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND TRAVEL.

TNG is not responsible for loss of, theft of, or damage to luggage, belongings, purchases or personal property at the venue or in transit. TNG is not responsible for travel delays, flight cancellations, missed flights or connections, lost or delayed luggage, road or ground-transport failures, or other travel disruption, and no such event gives rise to a refund. TNG recommends that you obtain travel insurance appropriate to your circumstances, including coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, medical expenses, and baggage or personal property loss.

11. MEDICAL AND OTHER RISKS.

I understand that participation in the Conference is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own health and safety. TNG is not a healthcare provider, and nothing presented at the Conference constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. I will not rely on Conference content as a basis for starting, stopping, delaying, or changing any treatment or other professional care.

Experiential or wellness-related sessions, including breathwork, movement, sound, meditation, or similar activities, are voluntary. I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me and for stopping participation if I experience discomfort or otherwise determine that participation is not appropriate.

TNG is not responsible or liable for any medical condition, disability, mobility need, dietary requirement, allergy, medication requirement, or other personal health or safety need. I am responsible for bringing and properly using any medication, medical device, or other item I require. I should not rely on TNG staff, volunteers, speakers, or exhibitors for medical advice or emergency medical assistance. I am solely responsible for identifying and managing my allergies and dietary restrictions. TNG does not control all food, beverages, products, substances, or environmental conditions to which I may be exposed at the Conference or venue, and I will make appropriate inquiries and take appropriate precautions for my own safety.

Accessibility and on-premises emergency coordination are operated by the Conference venue. TNG may assist in contacting the venue or emergency services as a courtesy, but doing so does not create a duty to provide medical care or emergency services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, TNG is not liable for any medical condition, allergic reaction, injury, illness, or emergency-care costs arising from my attendance.

TNG does not control and is not responsible for the conduct of other attendees, speakers, exhibitors, practitioners, or other third parties at the Conference. Any services, products, or other transactions you enter into with an exhibitor, speaker, practitioner, or other third party are solely between you and that third party, and TNG does not endorse, license, supervise, or guarantee those third-party services or transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights relating to disability accommodations. TNG will consider reasonable modifications where required by applicable law.

12. CANCELLATION AND FORCE MAJEURE.

If TNG cancels, postpones, relocates, or materially changes the format of the Conference for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, severe weather, fire, flood, war, government order, labor dispute, venue loss, utility failure, epidemic or pandemic, or other circumstances beyond TNG’s reasonable control, TNG is not liable for any resulting loss, including travel and accommodation expenses.

Where the Conference is postponed or relocated, your ticket may be transferred to the new date or location. Where the Conference is cancelled, TNG may, in its discretion, offer a credit toward a future TNG event. If the Conference is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or materially changes its format because of circumstances beyond TNG's reasonable control, TNG will not be liable for any resulting loss or expense, including travel, transportation, lodging, meals, or other accommodation expenses. If the Conference is postponed or relocated, TNG may transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date or relocated Conference, subject to any applicable ticketing procedures. If the Conference is cancelled outright, TNG may, in its discretion, offer a credit toward a future TNG event. No cash refund is due solely as a result of a cancellation, postponement, relocation, or material format change caused by circumstances beyond TNG's reasonable control.

13. PRICE AND TAX.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, including Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax and applicable city and county taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout. TNG UFO, LLC is the merchant of record for TNG sales and collects and remits applicable taxes. TNG processes your personal information to sell and administer your ticket, admit you to the Conference, provide Conference-related services, and communicate with you about the Conference, in accordance with TNG's Privacy Policy. TNG does not sell your personal data. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
