Refund and Transfer Policy

All sales are final

All ticket sales are final. No refunds are given, including if you are unable to attend, choose not to attend, arrive late, leave early, or miss any session. This applies equally to conference tickets, banquet tickets, day passes, and workshop tickets.

Ticket transfers

A ticket may be transferred to another person only with TNG's prior written permission. Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, or offered for value. A ticket offered for resale may be voided without refund.

Program and travel changes

Changes to speakers, sessions, running order, or rooms are not grounds for a refund. Travel delays, cancellations, and other travel disruptions do not give rise to a refund.

Circumstances beyond TNG's control

If the Conference is postponed or relocated for reasons beyond TNG's reasonable control, TNG may transfer your ticket to the new date or location. If cancelled, TNG may, at its discretion, offer credit toward a future event. No cash refund is due solely because of cancellation, postponement, relocation, or a material format change caused by circumstances beyond TNG's reasonable control.
